Tina Louise is a popular American artist, writer and actress well known for her portrayal of Ginger Grant in the 1960s the television show Gilligan's Island. Tina Louise began her acting career as a stage artist during the 1950s, beginning with Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. Then she appeared in a several Broadway shows before becoming the most famous on stage alongside Li'l Abner in. The following year, she recorded her first album of music It's the time for Tina. Louise's debut appearance in Hollywood was in the role of Griselda in God's Little Acre, a 1958 drama. It received wide applause.
